Lung Rabies Blues
So I had not watched the Fucking Idiot’s Press Briefing yesterday but boy had I heard about his grotesque behavior. One dear friend threatened her TV screen with a remote hurl which she had the sense not to given if she broke her tv in lockdown she would really be up shit creek.
Upon a peaceful waking this am, I decided after a sweet swift meditation which was a practice of watching the swirl of Lung Rabies Shit I have been obsessively uploading stream across the ticker tape of my consciousness, I decided I should inform myself of a direct experience of watching the Idiot express his ineptitude on global view.
So I found the 1 hour 44 minute youtube and hit the play button.
After five minutes, I couldn’t contemplate surviving the next 1 hour 39 minutes so I scrolled to the middle. There it was, on full display the Idiot’s ineptitude, narcissism, massive insecurities, the verbal idiosyncrasies so transparently masking the dearth of innate intelligence and ability, the bullying of the reporter who nailed him about his lack of appropriate response and knowledge of the threat level.
As I watched him, the accent and the speech pattern along withh his mouth as he spewed, the arms, hands and the finger gestures, I was struck by an intense familiarity about it all. Then Fauci appeared, hhead barely above to top of the podium and started his defense of the Idiot’s “Feelings” and it hit me with a Laugh Out Loud Lightbulb!!!
The Sopranos characters have a new Gig!!! Trump is a new iteration of Tony and right now, Fauci is channeling Christopher. Tony married his Russian mistress, Melania, after Carm finally rebelled against her Catholicism and kicked him out. Meadow dyed her hair and married the grandson of Hesh. AJ lies to hunt for ivory in Africa.
Are you laughing yet…I hope so…we all need it right now.
I am trying to offer my current form of Light and Love which is Sarcastic and Sardonic. I do apologize but it is the flavor of Lung Rabies Blues.
In my obssessive hit the News tab, I find more often everyday I look for Washington Posts tally of confirmed, difference number and percentage difference from 2 days ago and of course the Death Tally in the last column.
And we are fourth today. We were third yesterday. Italy, Spain, and Germany precede us. Italy’s death toll is the highest, Spain is over 1k but Germany is only at 72.
One friend suggests that countries who dispense antibiotics for the slightest thing may be losing more life than those who only dispense when absolutely necessary.
Our inner biomes may be our best defense?

The Oregonian Sun beats this waking Earth again today. I am less and less distressed about the fall of all we know. It is what is here.
It is the First of Spring.
